The injection molding process mainly includes four stages: filling, holding, cooling and demoulding. The principle of injection molding process refers to the process of manufacturing semi-finished products with a certain shape through the operation of pressure, injection, cooling, separation, etc.

1. Injection molding process: The injection molding process is from injection molding to closing, until the mold cavity is filled to about 95%. The role of the pressure holding stage is to continuously apply pressure to compress the melt and increase the density of the plastic to compensate for the shrinking behavior of the plastic. Under the drive of pressure, the plastic melt enters the vertical flow channel, the main channel and the shunt channel of the mold through the nozzle of the injection molding machine, and then enters the mold cavity through the gate, which is the process.

2. Injection molding process principle: The injection molding machine uses the thrust of the screw (or plunger) to heat the raw material, so that the plastic is melted in the flow state and injected into the closed die core. Driven by the screw or plunger of the injection machine, the injection system of the nozzle and mold enters the mold cavity, and the product is obtained after drying and shaping.
